1. Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the use of My Health Log Base at myhealthlogbase.com (the “service”). By creating an account, you accept these terms.
2. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old. The service is for your own personal records. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity in your account.
3. What the service does
The service lets you record and organize your own health information, such as weight, water, nutrition, steps, blood pressure, blood sugar and medications, view it in tables and charts and share it with your doctor if you choose to. You decide what you enter. The accuracy of the entries is your responsibility.
4. Free accounts
Accounts created now are free. Paid plans or optional paid add-ons may be introduced later; they will only apply to you if you actively choose them, and their prices and terms will be shown before any purchase.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, for example by accessing other people’s accounts, interfering with the security of the service or entering data of other people without their permission.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of important information, for example the reports for your doctor.
7. Liability
The service is a recording tool. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions about your health made on the basis of the data shown in the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and all your data by writing to support@myhealthlogbase.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will inform you about important changes before they take effect.
