1. Who is responsible
My Health Log Base at myhealthlogbase.com is responsible for the processing of your personal data described here. Contact: support@myhealthlogbase.com
2. Health data and your explicit consent
Information about your health, such as weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, nutrition and medications, is a special category of personal data. We process it only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give when you register, and only to provide the service to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@myhealthlogbase.com; we will then delete your account and your health data. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the withdrawal.
3. What we process
- Account data: first name, last name, email address, date of birth (to confirm that you are at least 18), your password only in encrypted (hashed) form.
- Health data you enter yourself.
- Proof of your consents: which text and which version of these documents you accepted and when.
- Security data: sign-in events and a one-way hash of your IP address to protect accounts against misuse. We do not store your IP address in plain text.
4. What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your health data without your permission. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools in the app.
5. Service providers
We use a hosting provider to run the service, an email delivery service to send account emails, and Cloudflare (including Cloudflare Turnstile on the sign-in pages) to protect the service against attacks and automated abuse. These providers process data only on our behalf and only as far as necessary.
6. Cookies
The app uses only cookies that are necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure. If you choose “Keep me signed in on this device”, the sign-in cookie stays valid for up to 90 days.
7. How long we keep data
We keep your data as long as your account exists. When your account is deleted, your health data is deleted. Security records are kept only as long as needed to protect the service.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format and to withdraw your consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise your rights, write to support@myhealthlogbase.com.
9. Security
Connections to the service are encrypted. Access to your account is protected by your password and security checks.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will inform you about important changes.
